Some people say that success can really make your life harder than it used to be. There is a certain theory called the Peter Principle which came from Dr Laurence Peter that states that every employee is bound to be promote if he does well in his job, but his new position will be something he is not really suited for. And the reason for this is that you have done exceptionally well in your previous position since you had the capability to do it and so you can easily complete the tasks. In your new position, there is a whole new set of responsibilities which are more difficult than your previous ones. The new job may be more difficult but there are employees who can still excel in this and you will soon find them promoted to a higher level.
There will come a point, however, where the next position you will occupy is already something beyond your capabilities. You realize that the limit of your competence is only up to the last job you had. Although people do not get demoted in corporations but there are many employees, through regular promotions, that are not longer effective in their new roles as compared to their previous tasks. However, the corporation still continues to function because those people who have not yet reached their levels of incompetence continue to do well in their jobs. Running your own business is different since there is no hierarchy to speak of. In your own business, success and failure are only dependent on what you do; do well and you succeed, and do badly and you fail. But if you are successful in it, you should try to venture in international business.

It is expensive yet it is one good way of impressing them so that it will end up with a good business deal. And then it will not seem so expensive after all. Your choice of a hotel for them is also important and it should be something that will impress them and enhance your relationship rather then discourage them and hinder the relationship. When making arrangements make sure that it is something that your guests would do if they were doing it themselves and knew the place well enough.
You need to research the kind of business guests you will be having. Some people prefer to be in the thick of things while other want a more quiet place where they can relax at the end of the day.
